Fast-Opening Flexible Doors

Fast-opening flexible doors are ideal for all compartments with frequent rapid passages. The closing panel consists of a special, reinforced PVC tarpaulin that allows opening and closing speeds of up to 1 meter/second. Remotely controlled (by radar, photocell, radio receiver, etc.), they automatically open and close in a few seconds and allow passing through the doors without cold, heat, wind, dust, etc. entering from the outside or passing from one environment to the other.

They separate two environments with different environmental conditions without creating an annoying obstacle during transit. If the door is accidentally hit, the flexible panel is an excellent safety feature; in fact, when hit, the soft tarpaulin protects against injury to people and damage to the passing vehicles. The fast-opening door is also much less susceptible to damage than any other type of door.

The tarpaulin fast vertical opening reduces obstructions and allows installation under any conditions. The roll-up version is especially recommended for interior separations; while, thanks to its reinforced tarpaulin, the folding version allows constructing doors with useful space of up to 12 meters wide and over 7 meters high, with high resistance to wind pressure.

The self-supporting metal structure, which includes and hides all the operating components, is available in a galvanized version painted with your choice of RAL color or in stainless steel for environments used for food-processing or subject to aggressive chemicals. The self-extinguishing M2 class, PVC panel is available in a wide range of colors. A system of counter-weights in the uprights balances the tarpaulin and allows the easy emergency reopening of the door, even in the case of a power failure.
